Roasted sea bream
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables: cut the peppers into strips after having steamed over a flame to remove the skin, slice the onions and the garlic, chopped parsley.
Mixed vegetables condendole with oil, salt and a pinch of hot pepper and let stand for 30 minutes.
Clean, washed, dried fish, and then strofinatene the inside with salt, pepper and chopped of the bouquet garni.
Spread a little oil on the bottom of a baking dish and pour half the seasoned vegetables ¹ and some slices of lemon.
Lie down on the fish, coating it with the rest of the vegetables and even some slice of lemon; season with a little oil, salt and soaked with wine.
Bake in hot oven (180 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
Every now and then gently turns the fish, sprinkle with the sauce and stir the vegetables.

- 1500 g of bream
- 2 peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- == 1 bouquet garni (Bay leaf, basil, Rosemary and Sage)

- 1 glass white wine
