Roasted sturgeon at giuliana
Instructions
Clean the skin by depriving sturgeon; drill into the flesh of cut and inserting strips of bacon.
Soffregare with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, wine and a little olive oil and let marinate for 1 hour.
Have sturgeon in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with marinade and sprinkle with butter flakes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 1 sturgeon from 1000 g
- 1 thread of olive oil extra virgin
- 50 g of butter
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 great lemon (juice)
- 1 glass of ribolla friulian
- Salt
- Pepper
