Instructions
Saute chopped onion in 5 tablespoons of oil, then add the pumpkin and flavoring.
Add salt, pepper and cover with the broth.
Cook until the pumpkin will rout and the broth almost completely dry.
Combine grated nutmeg, milk and season with salt.
Mix and pour into 4 holsters with the croutons.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 500 g of clean diced pumpkin
- Vegetable broth
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of milk
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Grated parmesan cheese
