Instructions

Clean, wash and trim the mushrooms.

Peel the onions and the tomatoes and cut them.

Chop the garlic.

Pour the oil into the pot.

Arrange prepared ingredients and also the Rosemary, thyme, bay leaf and parsley.

Cook 10 minutes and add the fish.

Season with salt and pepper.

Deglaze with the wine.

Cover and Cook 20 minutes more.
