Macaroni with Ham (Maccheroni al Prosciutto)
Instructions
Put on the fire 60 g butter with Rosemary and Sage tied together.
Just FRY sauce add the ham cut into very small pieces and ground pepper.
Raise the heat and saute, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water; drain spaghetti al dente and toss immediately with the sauce, Rosemary and Sage, and Parmesan cheese.

- 400 g of pasta macaroni type
- 150 g of ham
- Rosemary
- Sage
- 60 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
