Rice salad with beer
Instructions
The salad will be better if you let it sit for a few hours.
Boil the rice in salted water, drain it, transfer it to a large bowl and pour the beer.
Stir thoroughly and drain the rice and put it in the fridge to cool covered.
Sliced the sausage, diced pepper and cheese cubes.
Drained capers, mushrooms and peas.
In a small bowl mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley.
Add in all the ingredients prepared rice, seasoned with parsley vinaigrette and stir carefully.
Garnish as desired with a tuft of salad.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of long grain rice
- 1 bottle of lager
- 40 g of pitted black olives
- 1 pork sausages
- 2 foot of pickled pepper
- 1 tablespoon of pickled capers
- 100 g of mushrooms in olive oil
- 100 g of canned peas
- 100 g of smoked caciocavallo cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
