Rice Salad with beer (2)
Instructions
Cook the rice, wet with beer and leave it to drain again.
Cut sausage into slices and cucumbers, diced Gruyere and bacon.
Combine the rice and mix.
Season, to taste, with the vinaigrette or mayonnaise.
Decorate with babycorn.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of rice
- 1 bottle of lager
- 300 g of frankfurters
- 4 sweet and sour cucumbers
- 8 pickled small panicles
- 150 g of emmenthal cheese (from 150 g slices)
- 150 g of speck (from 150 g slices)
- Mustard vinaigrette (or mustard mayonnaise)
