Rice salad mareblu
Instructions
Together with boiled rice in boiling water, passed under cold water and drained, crumbled tuna, capers, sliced mushrooms with gherkins, onions cut in half, the Gruyere cheese and diced ham and a few spoonful of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and, if the salad is too dry, add olive oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 240 g of tuna in olive oil
- 350 g of rice
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 50 g of mushrooms in olive oil
- 50 g of gruyere cheese

- Some of gherkins
- Some of spring onions
- Mayonnaise
