Abruzzese salad
Instructions
Chop the beans, sliced Zucchini, tomatoes, onion and sweet pepper, after removing seeds and filaments.
In a bowl pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil, place the chilli and stir, crushing; add vinegar and salt and beat for a few minutes with a fork, remove the peppers, then add the vegetables, basil, oregano and chopped tuna.
Stir again and serve.
You can replace the vinegar with lemon juice.

- 2 zucchini
- 200 g of already boiled beans
- 1 onion
- 1 fleshy pepper
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 bit of chili without seeds
- Coarsely chopped basil
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
