Abruzzo salad
Instructions
Cut into slices tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, peeled and Roasted Peppers, spring onions and boiled Zucchini.
Wash and slice the anchovies and keyway.
Boil the green beans.
Place all ingredients in a salad bowl, combine chopped basil, oregano, oil, vinegar, pepper and salt.
Let stand 1/2 hour and serve.

- 2 hardboiled eggs
- 3 red tomatoes
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 300 g of green beans
- 200 g of zucchini
- 3 scallions
- 200 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 salted anchovies
- Basil
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Pepper
- Salt
