Wash the oranges and, without peeling them, cut them into slices horizontally.
Arrange the slices in a serving dish, add salt a little and lay over each slice 1-2 anchovy fillets.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Normally serves as an appetizer, but diet regime, adding corn or rice may be a single dish.
