Roast pork with honey
Instructions
Tie the loin with kitchen Twine to keep in shape during baking.
Brown meat in butter with Rosemary and garlic; rigiratela occasionally so it takes color over the entire surface.
Sprinkle with the white wine and let it evaporate, add salt and pepper and continue cooking over low heat for about 2 hours basting occasionally with hot broth and the meat sauce.
In a small bowl, mix honey with sugar and grated Orange rind.
Half an hour before the end of cooking, brush with honey made from the meat, put it in the oven at 230 degrees and continue cooking it with honey.
Rigiratela often so that its surface becomes a caramel color.
Remove from heat, remove string and slice the meat and serve it with a side of lettuce.
