King prawns with Orange Vinaigrette
Instructions
Peel oranges and cut one side fillets.
Prepare a vinaigrette with the orange juice, oil, salt and pepper.
Wash and chop salad, dress with the vinaigrette.
To steam clean the prawns, salt and place on salad.
Garnish with orange fillets and marinate with the vinaigrette.
