Delete the green part of leeks, cut into slices and saute in butter on fresh fire.
Add milk and Cook, stirring often, until the leeks are soft.
Adjust salt and season with grated lemon zest, nutmeg and pepper.
Cook pasta al dente, drain and dress with the sauce for leeks and grated grana.
