Mint roast
Instructions
Put the meat in a saucepan, combine 1 carrot and onion Peel, wash and chop, add the stock and Cook, turning the meat occasionally, for 75 minutes, partly covered.
Raise the heat and dry the sauce, Brown the meat in the leftover dressing, turn off the heat and keep the roast warm.
Retrieve carrot and onion and pass them through a sieve, then mix with the yoghurt and washed and chopped Mint.
season with salt and pepper.
Slice the roast and serve with mint sauce.

- 750 g of chump of veal
- 150 g of yoghurt
- Fresh mint
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 40 cl of broth
- Salt
- Pepper
