Mushrooms with ham
Instructions
Clean and separate chapels from the stems.
These together with the chopped ham and soffriggeteli over low heat in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil.
Squirt with half a glass of wine and let evaporate.
Add the garlic and finely chopped Marjoram.
Let season well.
Place in the Bowl the chapels of fungi and lower the heat.
Simmer for 30 minutes moving every now and then the bowl.
Add salt and pepper, remove from heat and serve.

- 800 g of small mushrooms
- 130 g of ham
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Marjoram
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
