Instructions

Wash and dry the mushrooms and slice them.

Clean and slice the onions very finely.

In a saucepan melt butter and oil and pour the vegetables.

Add salt, pepper and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Add the cream and let it thicken, stirring continuously.

Serve hot.
