Instructions
Carefully clean mushrooms, rinse several times under running water and let them drain for a few minutes.
Soon after, slice them up and saute it in a frying pan (preferably nonstick) with hot oil and crushed garlic.
Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley previously rinsed and dried with a paper towel and cook over high heat, and with the Pan uncovered until the water formed is dried.
Delete, then, the garlic from the rest and add the cream and cook for about 10 minutes on low flame.
Serve.

- 800 g of mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25 cl of cooking cream
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
