Chanterelle mushrooms in gravy
Instructions
The or is a really delicious mushroom; can be prepared together with other fungi or cooked alone, as in this recipe.
Clean the mushrooms, wash them under running water, dry them and, if they are large, cut them lengthwise.
Then transfer it in a pan greased with oil and just let them bake by mixing with a wooden spoon.
Add the oil and butter and Brown, then add the tomatoes and cook over low heat for an hour.
Before taking them to the table, add salt and flavored with chopped parsley and garlic.
If you can serve them with a good polenta.
