Liver with sage
Instructions
Cook in butter the slices of liver with chopped Sage, salt and pepper.
Combine the ham cut into strips, sprinkle with the marsala and cook for a few minutes.
Arrange on a serving dish, pour the cooking sauce and serve.

- 100 g of ham
- Butter
- Chopped sage
- Marsala wine
