Green beans in tomato sauce (2) (Fagiolini in Umido (2))
Instructions
Boil the beans in salted water and drain still al dente.
Prepare a mixture with garlic, onion and anchovies and FRY in oil and butter then add the green beans and seasoning mix.
Add the tomato sauce, add salt and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.

- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 200 g of tomato
