Green Beans in Tomato Sauce (Fagiolini in Salsa)
Instructions
Cook the beans in lightly salted boiling water for 20 minutes and drain.
Bone the anchovies and mix with parsley, garlic, capers and pine nuts.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs with 3 tablespoons of vinegar and crush with a fork.
Combine the chopped mixture, salt and pepper and stir in oil until obtaining a homogeneous sauce.
Pour over green beans, stir and serve.

- 400 g of green beans
- 2 salted anchovies
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
