Instructions
To firm up the eggs and separate the yolks.
Put them in a blender with capers, anchovies, salt, 1 teaspoon wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salsa verde, the egg white of 1 egg.
Blending, making down flush with the oil until you get a creamy consistency.
Spread on toasted bread croutons adding at the time still a little olive oil.
