Instructions
Scrape, wash and rewashed the mussels under running water.
Put them in a saucepan and let them open a high flame.
Gradually opening them out, place the shells in a baking dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and a clove of garlic, add salt, add a little oregano.
Watered with abundant oil and sprinkle the surface with the breadcrumbs.
Gratinate in the oven warmed up for five minutes.
Passed the mussels on a serving dish, garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot immediately.
