Mussels au gratin (2) (Cozze Gratinate (2))
Instructions
Open the mussels over high heat with the wine, onion and pepper.
Drain, remove the empty shells and place them in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with the parsley and chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with the emulsified oil with vinegar and let it bake in the oven for a few minutes.

- 1000 g of mussels
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 bit of finely chopped onion
- Pepper
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
