Rabbit potatoes and mushrooms
Instructions
Cut into small pieces the rabbit, flour it and let it cook with the icing chopped onion in a little olive oil extra virgin.
When it is wet with Golden wine and add the mushrooms that you have previously kept to soak in warm water for 1 hour and coarsely chopped.
After 10-15 minutes add the potatoes cut into pieces.
Continue cooking over low heat, if necessary soaked with hot broth.
Served with a little chopped parsley.
