Stuffed onions Spices and raisins
Instructions
Rinse raisins and soaked in a bowl of warm water.
Wash the onion without Peel.
Put them in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to the boil and let simmer for twenty minutes until the onions are tender.

Add salt and pepper.
Stir with a fork.
Place the onion halves in a buttered baking dish.
Farcitele with pressing well with a fork.
Put over the remaining butter.
Bake and cook for 30 minutes.
Served hot.

- 4 large onions
- 4 amaretti biscuits
- 75 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs

- 1 nutmeg
- 20 g of butter
