Slices of swordfish in sparkling wine
Instructions
Wash and chop the parsley with garlic onion peeled and undressed. Chop half of pitted black olives. Remove the skin to slices of swordfish and wash under cold running water.
Cover a large baking dish with baking paper wet and squeezed and sistemaci the slices of swordfish. Cover the slices of fish with chopped parsley, garlic and onions and chopped black olives. Powder with thyme and Marjoram. Sparpagliaci over the whole pitted black olives. Condisci with salt and freshly ground pepper. Get wet with extra virgin olive oil and dry sparkling wine.
Put in hot oven at 160° c for half an hour turning steaks a few times. Brings hot and directly into the baking dish.

- 4 swordfish steaks 2 cm thick.
- 1 glass of dry sparkling wine
- 8 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large tufts of parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 24 large pitted black olives
- 1 pinch of thyme
- 1 pinch of marjoram
- salt.
