Slices of smoked veal
Instructions
Salt and pepper the meat slices, put them slightly in the flour and cook in a pan with the butter and 3 tablespoons oil.
Beat the eggs, add the pancetta, cut into cubes, cream, unsalted.
Quickly pour the mixture on the slices, set the pan on the stove and corner mix the egg sauce so that remains smooth and creamy texture without overcooking.
Served with lightly toasted bread.
