Incorporate the bèchamel half of the grated Parmesan, cream of peppers, Arugula, washed and coarsely chopped well and stir well until obtaining a homogeneous compound. Spread 2 tablespoons of bèchamel at the bottom of a baking dish and place the crepes in a single layer without overlapping tiles.
