Stuffed artichokes with peppers
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, remove toughest leaves.
Boil them in salted water with lemon juice.
Drain and let cool.
Chop the peppers with a little parsley, seasoned with oil and fill the artichokes.
Arrange on a plate, sprinkled with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
You can garnish with mushrooms in olive oil.

- 2 lemons
- 2 sweet yellow peppers
- Little of parsley
- Olive oil
