Stuffed artichokes with sausage
Instructions
Clean the artichokes taking from the stems.
Dip the flowers with slightly extended leaves in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Fillet from the stalks harder stringy parts.
In a saucepan heat a few tablespoons of oil and soffriggetevi Bacon, garlic, parsley, onion and artichoke stalks chopped everything.
Add the peeled and crumbled sausage, pepper and add salt sparingly, Cook to low fire.
Drain artichokes, place standing next to each other in a pan, fill with the mixture.
Sprayed with oil and then pour the white wine.
Cover and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour, occasionally by spraying the stuffed artichokes with sauce.
