Artichokes in Pan (Carciofi in Tortiera)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, divide them into four wedges and keep them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Drain them and boil them in salted boiling water.
Grease a round cake pan and sprinkle the slices of artichokes in a radial pattern.
Decorate with oil, then sprinkle them with finely chopped garlic, pecorino, chopped capers and olives pitted and cut into pieces.
Sprinkle with pepper, then sprinkle all with cream and cheese cut into thin slices.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes in covered container and serve.

- 8 artichokes
- 50 g of grated pecorino cheese
- 80 g of fontina cheese
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 80 g of black olives
- 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g of cooking cream
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
