Instructions
Clean the artichokes by removing hard leaves and stem, rub your eyes with 1/2 lemon, cut into slices and tuffarl in water acidulated with lemon juice.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the lard, add drained artichokes and chopped basil, mint, chili.
Blow them up, then gradually Deglaze with wine.
Combine 1 cup of broth and simmer slowly.
