Artichokes au gratin
Instructions
Sauté chopped garlic in a little oil, add the puree and cook 5 minutes.
Add the chopped anchovies, capers, chopped olives and parsley.
Add salt and cook 5 minutes.
Mix artichokes, boiled and cut into thinner slices with sauce, pour in a greased baking and stir in the cheese.
Drizzle with a little oil and bake in oven 15 minutes.

- 450 g of artichokes
- 250 g of tomato
- 100 g of caciocavallo cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of pickled capers
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 10 pitted black olives
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
