Artichokes au gratin (2)
Instructions
Clean, wash and halve artichoke 8; cook them al dente in salted water and drained them, leave them in the air for 2-3 hours.
Arrange on a greased baking sheet with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped parsley and garlic, irrorarli with a little oil and cover with 200 g of diced semi-cured half-baked thin slices.
Go in the oven already warm at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot.
