Artichokes au gratin 2
Instructions
Scalded for 5 minutes in boiling salted water the artichoke hearts, drain them and divide them into 4 segments.
Prepare the sauce by heating the broth with the flour and butter; Add salt and pepper.
Out of the fire carefully fold egg yolks, parmesan and chopped parsley.
Season with one-fourth of the artichoke sauce, place them in a buttered baking dish, then cover with the remaining sauce and bake at 180° for about 35 minutes.

- 2 packs of artichoke hearts
- 50 g flour
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 l chicken stock
- 2 egg yolks
- 40 g grated Parmesan
