Mushroom artichoke
Instructions
Private tougher leaves the artichokes and cut them into wedges, removing from inside the part the hard part and hairy.
Soak them in salted water with a lemon or a handful of flour so that they do not become black.
Meanwhile, in a Pan fry the garlic in the oil and just blonde get the artichokes.
Cover and cook over medium heat.
Almost finished cooking add the pitted olives, capers desalted, a little salt and pepper.
Finally add the chopped parsley.
Capers and olives are optional.

- 12 artichokes
- 200 g of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 100 g of gaeta black olives (optional)
- 50 g of capers (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Abundant of parsley
