Bruschetta frankfurters and beans
Instructions
Carefully drain the beans from their retention liquid and season with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Wash, dry and clean the leeks eliminating the green part of the stem.
Cut thin slices.
Heat the butter in a pan and let wilt the leeks for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Turn oven to 200 degrees.
Cut sausages in half lengthwise and cook on the grill.
Sprayed with a little oil the bread slices and let them toast on both sides in the oven until they become golden brown.
Spread on bread, beans, leeks with their sauce and sausage.
Serve immediately.
Suggested wine: Dolcetto.

- 1 leek
- 1 pack of cannellini beans
- 6 frankfurters
- 6 slices of bread
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
- 50 g of butter
