Bruschetta dessert
Instructions
Cut the bread into slices and abbrustolitelo.
Spread on each slice a bit of gorgonzola and a teaspoon of honey.
Serve the bruschetta accompanied by a good glass of Sauternes.

- 1 finger roll of french bread
- 200 g of spicy gorgonzola cheese
- 1 jar of truffled honey
- 4 cups of sauternes
