Herb marinade sauce
Instructions
Wash the herbs, dry them gently and chopping.
Pour into a bowl of wine, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and beat the ingredients with a fork, add the herbs.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Few sprigs of oregano
- Few sprigs of marjoram
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- A Few Sprigs Thyme =
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
