Fresh tuna meatballs
Instructions
Knife cut tuna and incorporate cheese, eggs, peanuts, raisins soaked and squeezed, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Obtaining of meatballs and dip first in flour, then in the breadcrumbs, then FRY them in oil after having fried and removed some Sage leaves.
Serve Meatballs over a bed of Mixed Greens of spring.

- 500 g of fresh tuna
- 70 g of grated pecorino cheese siciliano
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 30 g of sultanas
- Parsley
- Sage
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
