Peas in pan
Instructions
Clean the lettuce leaf depriving it deteriorated, wash and cut into strips; Peel the onion, wash and slice it finely.
In a pan with oil to dry the onion without letting it Brown, add the peas, washed Brown briefly, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, pour half a glass of water and continue cooking for 10 minutes stirring occasionally; a few minutes before the end of cooking, add the strips of lettuce.
