Instructions
Wash Rosemary, Sage and bay leaf, wipe them gently with a clean cloth and let them air dry completely.
Put them in a bottle; Add the vinegar and leave to infuse for at least 20 days before you taste it.
Both filtered and bottled herbs will spice up any salad or to flavor sauces.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of sage
- 6 leaves of laurel
