Herbal vinegar
Instructions
The doses are for 100 cl herbal vinegar.
Mince the garlic and shallots.
Simmer slowly until reduced vinegar in half.
Pour it in a bowl where you have prepared all the aromas.
Cover the bowl and let marinate for 2 hours.
Filtered, bottled, corked bottles hermetically.
The perfect success depends on the freshness and variety of herbs.

- Some cloves of garlic
- Some cloves of shallots
- 1 bunch of mixed herbs (marjoram, bay leaves, basil, chives, sage)
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
