Herbal Vinegar (Aceto Alle Erbe Aromatiche)
Instructions
Clean the shallots and garlic and chop coarsely, arise in a glass jar along with the other herbs and pour over the boiling vinegar.
You cover the jar with a cloth and leave in a dry place for about 12 hours, seeps and storing in the bottle by 5 black peppercorns.
You use after 30 days.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs of marjoram
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 10 leaves sage
- 5 grains black pepper
