Mussel soup campania
Instructions
Wash the mussels well spazzolandole; make them open in a saucepan and, as they are separate mussels from the shells and place them in individual dishes over the friselle; filter the water.
Prepare a garlic fried in oil, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper.
Bake 15 minutes and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Turn off the heat add the filtered mussels water again and pour everything to the mussels.
