Instructions
Sauté the garlic in a pan with oil.
When will gold pour the wine and let it evaporate cooking over medium heat.
Add the mussels, pepper and cover the pan.
When all the mussels will open remove from heat and serve immediately.

- 2500 g of mussels
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Pepper
- Olive oil
