Anchovy soup of gianna
Instructions
In an earthenware dish capable pour 7 tablespoons olive oil and dry a little sliced onion.
When the onion is almost 400 g of chrome combine tomatoes, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a small bay leaf, a pinch of fresh thyme, salt, pepper.
Bake for 8 minutes over low heat and then add 700 g of potatoes cut into cubes.
Add 200 cl water, boil for 20-25 minutes, then add the anchovies and de-boned and cook again for 15 minutes; at the end put the chopped parsley.
Pour the soup on slices of toasted bread and good appetite.

- 1200 g of anchovies
- 7 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 700 g of potatoes cut into cubes
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 pinch of fresh thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 cl of water
- Chopped parsley
- 8 slices of toasted bread
