The gruyere soup
Instructions
Put the cheese in a bowl.
Sauté the onions cut into thin slices in the butter and 2 tablespoons oil to the fire.
Add 40 g of flour and cook for 5 minutes stirring.
Combine the broth a little at a time, add salt, pepper, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Distribute in plates of bread slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour the broth to onions to rest for 5 minutes and serve.

- 400 g of onions
- Some slices of stale bread
- 125 cl of nut vegetable broth
- 50 g of gruyere cheese
- Flour
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 walnut butter
